Mayo 0-12 NUIG 1-06

Seán Kelly gets Mayo's first black card.
Last year's minor captain Stephen Coen makes his senior debut while his cousin finishes top scorer.

Tom King and Rielly are keen to be accepting the invite to play from Jammy Horan with the Crokes game looming large. Same goes for the Kiltaine players. Don't see that very often.

No Richie - anything to that? At least Horan and Freeman have kissed and made up.

Good to see our own John McManus (son of Tony) captain his side in MacHale park tonight. I presume all the Mayo subs tonight will start on Sunday likewise with NUIG against us.
The key to success is to be consistently competitive -- if you bang on the door often it will open
