Think this is the year Monaghan finally go down. They've hit the post 3 times, conceded 2 unlucky goals and had a very very harsh black card. Galway aren't great either but they're getting the breaks

The red card was bad enough but the Hearts penalty was worse. Yes there are a few empty jerseys but sometimes, in scotland in particular, you simply aren't allowed to win
An embarrassment today...again.
A great chance to seize the iniatitive in the league but showed no drive at all.

Keeper had the ball in his hands and the forward pushed him over the line ? Didnt matter to the result but it was a free out all dayQuote from: Wildweasel74 on February 26, 2024, 01:24:40 PMDerry last goal probably a square ball, but the Umpire raised his flag super quick.
He was clearly in the square. Thought it strange that no one questioned it
He definitely wasn't!

Looks pretty clear that he's outside the square when the ball leaves the other player's hands.
It wasn't a set play, so he's allowed to enter the square before the ball does.

Quote from: screenexile on February 04, 2024, 04:26:36 PMThis isn't aging well.... and if the umpire wasn't blind it would be worse for tyroneQuote from: gallsman on February 04, 2024, 04:23:44 PMThis is an absolutely brutal watch.
Try being at it. Can't believe there weren't at least 5 mins added time given Morgan's antics.
That's a 7/8 point breeze Tyrone should win handy from here. Derry far too passive with Tyrone's attacks trying to let the wind do the work rather than engaging pay the 45.
Ref has let a lot of nailed on frees go for both sides so can't complain much about that.
It's brutal but it would be hard to play decent football in these conditions.
Quote from: NotedObserver on February 03, 2024, 08:55:14 PMKilkenny needs to learn to kick scores again. Con needs to be inside alsothat was a bad miss there
Quote from: trailer on February 03, 2024, 07:55:21 PMNo red for O'se punching the Dub there. What does our professor of Refs say about that that.sneaky blow. lucky it wasnt seen
Quote from: square_ball on January 28, 2024, 05:05:52 PMThis is pretty pathetic from Roscommon so far. Extra man and offering absolutely nothing. They've been terrible. Early favorites for relegation on this showing
Quote from: SouthDublinBro on January 27, 2024, 11:13:29 PMFor as seriously as Monaghan seem to take this league, it's incredible that they have only ever won it once before back in the 80s. No Sams in that county either. That ride you didn't get in Monaghan is still haunting you I see
Quote from: SouthOfThe Bann on January 21, 2024, 04:58:03 PMGlen didn't deserve that but that Conor Glass goal worthy of winning any game.dont know about that. They had a lot of ball but kept butchering the chances. Bridgets were super efficient but just didnt have enough
You'd nearly feel sorry for the Rossies.... Nearly.
Quote from: Wildweasel74 on January 21, 2024, 04:47:38 PMRef misses giving Glen 2 scorable frees herejust made up for it
Quote from: Schkite on January 21, 2024, 04:45:18 PMHoly Jaysus, what in the f**k was the keeper doing therenuts
Quote from: Wildweasel74 on December 13, 2023, 01:27:50 AMMight be used as a punter and kick offs, but he too slow to be the goalkicker, I watched Nfl for 30+yrs and your kick time is literally 2 secs.Apparently he is seen as a potential FG kicker and kick off kicker and not a punter (read that somewhwere). I get what you're saying about him being slow but its all about timing. If they get all the timing stuff worked out properly there's no reason why he can't kick the ball a split second after it is set by the holder
Quote from: SaffronSports on December 12, 2023, 03:04:51 PMIf one of these lads make it to the NFL they're earning a minimum of $660,000 a year under the league rules. Best of luck to them. The starters on the top teams are getting $4 to $5 million a year so its a fantastic opportunity for these lads.
