Great champions were Mullinalaghta but no team can stay at the top for ever. Except perhaps Dublin.

Wide open now. All teams left (bar Carrickedmond) will surely fancy their chances.

Destiny may have Killoe's name on the cup seeing as the ref gifted them the win over Dromard (allegedly) but then maybe Eugene McGee is having a word with the Lord.......

You can only defy gravity for so long. The future for us is survival rather than glory.

I would make Colmcille favourites - if they can maintain their discipline off the field they should have enough to beat Killoe and I don't see anything on the other side of the draw to challenge them. Certainly if they can maintain the same level of motivation against other teams as they did against us I can't see them being stopped in Longford this year.
