And IF Offaly beat Kerry in 2 weeks time, they'll be playing Laois, while Westmeath will be playing Galway. That's madness.

Anyway, it's an not a seeded draw in Leinster. The first year of the round robin the winners (Antrim) played Wexfprd, and the runners-up (Laoise) played Galway, while Offaly - the weakest team in the Leinster Championship 'proper' - played Kilkenny.
