Obviously one eye on the big game, should be playing the kids tonight!! Though still a very good price for tonight.... wouldn't want Coutinho to get an injury coming on earlier than he would have

Disappointing so far. Most worrying is the lack of chances being created in the last few games.  Hopefully Couthinho will help there but they are really struggling to create when teams lack the defence.

Very poor performance alright. Only positives from it is Karius played decent enough and the little magician is back. Also a one nil deafeat is not the worst result with a second leg at Anfield to come.
When you think you're fucked you're only about 40% fucked.

Playing first team players in an irrelevant domestic cup game  and losing it anyway.

The genius of Klopp.

That was vey poor. Emre Can is going backwards at a rate of knots. No pace, no spark, no urgency. That was reminiscent of a performance for Rodgers' last days.

Captain Obvious

The crossbar and two point blank saves from the Liverpool goalkeeper is the reason Southampton didn't win by two or three goal margin.

Liverpool should win the tie at Anfield now.

Milltown Row2

Loads of possession... think they'll win on Sunday and get back on track... surprised that he played full strength team

Quiet in here tonight.

Had anyone other than me realised Klopp isn't a very good manager yet?

Can and Firmino have been poor for a few weeks now.  No coincidence that Coutinho and Henderson have been missing.  Firmino really misses his pal and Can needs the reassurance that Henderson is always there to cover him.  For all his detractors you miss the Skipper's energy and work rate.

He needs some more cover in positions like Milner, but this time last year you'd never believe Leicester would win it.

This time last year it was clear Leicester had a good manager in charge. Liverpool have a clown.
