I can see this one going to penalties. Arsenal were fortunate enough to get the one goal tonight.

Arsenal need to win this game tonight against Porto, so they can not just concentrate on their premier league games.

Quote from: Sportacus on March 09, 2024, 08:02:23 PMMissed a couple of conversions, lost a couple of important lineouts and never hit the heights. A recipe for being pipped at the post.

England, I think, missed way more off the tee, no? Also, what's wrong w/ y'r man, Farrell, that he's not playing?

Owen Farrell is playing in France now which means England won't pick him.

Arsenal lead 3-0 after 14 minutes. It could be 8 or 9 at the end.

Sean Lock the comedian who died some time ago is on 8 out of 10 cats on channel 4 now. He looks pale and unwell. It is very sad.

Normal service resumed for Arsenal. Are Arsenal going to give up on the European cup and concentrate on the premier league?

A straight forward win today with the bonus point secured in the end. The grand slam really does look on. I think only complacency can stop us.

It appears that the FAI have no money so they are finding it tough to pin down a decent candidate.

Quote from: ONeill on February 18, 2024, 11:12:52 PMJust seeing Nunez's finish. That was tremendous. Had Messi scored that it would be on loop.

Davor Suker did similar against Schmichel in the euro finals famously one year.

Quote from: RedHand88 on February 17, 2024, 07:30:26 PMDon't worry, the much talked about City "16 wins in a row streak" is right around the corner  ::)  ::)  ::)

No streaks in that current Manchester City team. Drawing at home to mediocre Chelsea who Liverpool should beat comfortably in the upcoming Cup final.

Klopp now knows he can lose to Manchester City and still win the league title.

It is Arsenals to lose now. Injuries are catching up with Liverpool.

Liverpool back properly top of the table with games in hand taken into account.

That penalty for Lazio and red card for Upemecano of Bayern has changed things. It was a stupid rash tackle from Upemecano.

Bayern are struggling now in a game they had the upper hand in.

I see Brailsford hasn't been long in getting Uniteds energy levels up. The rest of the season will be easy for them.
