They're not my cup of tea, but they were the subject of a recent Netflix doc., apparently very influential.

Only made public today. Rolf Harris died of neck cancer and "frailty of old age" at his home in Bray, Berkshire, on May 10 aged 93.
I'm guessing the burial spot will be kept from the public too.
Quote from: dec on May 23, 2023, 01:27:02 PMAbsolutely. I'm surprised folks even bothered to respondQuote from: grounded on May 23, 2023, 01:20:34 PMQuote from: samuel maguire on May 23, 2023, 10:03:48 AMQuote from: DhoireTheas on May 22, 2023, 10:16:54 PMWhat a horrible comment. It is not fair to tar them all with the one brush. It is like any profession these days
You would think nurses didn't know that is was a famously underpaid profession when they signed up to be one. They are all the same with their loud mouth personalities when I was in hospital. Actually the thought of having to be around nurses makes me want to live a healthy lifestyle to avoid hospitals.
+1 very sad individual to write something like that.
signed up two weeks ago, obvious troll.
Quote from: Franko on May 17, 2023, 10:50:49 PMMy point had nothing to do with your comment let me assure you, rather it was directed at the poster who started the wind up which, as you pointed out, prompted some to take the bait. Sorry for any confusion there.
True, but if you read my post you'd have noticed that I never mentioned the A5. So not entirely sure of the relevance here.
Quote from: Franko on May 17, 2023, 06:12:09 PMIt did indeed. I'm from Armagh and thankfully I don't use the road on a regular basis, however the A5 is a very raw nerve for many people, particularly those who live close to it and have either lost loved ones or live in fear of losing loved ones, therefore I don't think it's fair for anyone to use it for wind up purposes.
This one got a couple of decent bites anyway
