1. Player sent off.
2. Referee's report stated that it was a straight red.
3. Referee "corrected" his report to say it was a second yellow.
4. Killoe objected to said player playing against them because of original report.
5. Long dispute last year over this.

8. CCC went ahead and fixed final.
9. Killoe notified county board that they would not field in final until matter was cleared up.

For the good of their club, Killoe need a complete clear out of their committee. Maybe lifetime bans for their top table.

Not a particular fan of Killoe's diplomacy but the clearout needs to happen elsewhere. Otherwise any other club (barring Clonguish, Ballymore, Carrickedmond and Seán Connollys) could be the next target for the clique of goons. We were a target back in 2010 when we got in Clonguish's way of a quarter-final although the 48-week ban is a new escalation.

Did anything happen this referee? I remember a ref in Cavan getting 6 months for something very similar.

Nope.

The individuals who "persuaded" him to change the report need to be dealt with by removing them from their positions for a long period (longer than 48 weeks).
