If Armagh replicate their performance from the first 55 mins of the Ulster Final I think they could beat Derry with a bit to spare, especially if Derry's injuries dont clear up.

A lot of ifs and buts though.

That was designed to bring continuity to our county teams regardless of who was in charge, the managers might change but the elite performance aspects would remain. That has been dismantled and you have Harte (who i hope continues to do well) coming in with his own backroom team. In other words we are going back to how our county teams were run 6 yrs ago and beyond. The long term effect of this approach will come home to roast in 8/10 yrs time if it is not remedied.]

I suppose they'll be various speed wobbles along the way, part and parcel of committees.. From the outside looking in, it's not so bad (performance wise)

England have a very good chance. Their defence isn't as bad as its made out albeit they seem to have no natural left back. Their front 4 of Foden/Kane/Bellingham/Saka is as good as what is at the tournament.

Looking forward to it. I've always favoured the Euros over the World Cup for some reason.

Me the same, but the increase in teams and reduced jeopardy in group stages has lessened the appeal.  16 teams 4 groups of 4 should been left like that top two into last 8. 

Yeah that is true only 8 of the 24 going out after the group stages does dilute it alright. Next World Cup has 48 teams at it. That is overkill imo.

Interesting set of results at the weekend

Ballycran beating St Johns?
St Endas beating Dunloy?
Ballycastle beating loughguile?

Not to many would've called them results

St Endas, Rossa & Ballycastle likely to scramble for that last spot in the top half. Who we thinking will make it?

Ballycran lined out all their county players as Down are more or less out of the Joe McDonagh reckoning, not sure county management sanctioned it though.

Yes I managed to get four tickets. Looking forward to it. Young lads second team is Leverkusen so he's happy. I know about 12 other people who applied and got nothing. Atmosphere should be good. Huge police presence in the city today.

If England want it badly enough then they might win it. Top teams don't always give 100% at the euros hence winners like Greece and Denmark. Italy also failed to qualify for the world cup after winning the last euros in which beaten finalists England played every game at home.
