Ive worn the copas, the new kings and the new predators in the last year (dont start, I get enough from the wife) and I think its just a matter of opinion. The copas are great, but they lose shape very easy, and If you have a broad foot, stay away from them, youll end up kicking the ball like you are wearing a pair of workin boots. The pumas are very very good, as are the predators. Personal choice really. If you dont want to wear a boot with any sort of flashiness, plump for the pumas.

I dont know what the shipping to back home is like, but check out www.worldsoccershop.com. I just checked out that previous website someone posted to you, and the one I am recommending has the same selection, but for boots like the pumas and copas, its a whole bunch cheaper, especially with this feckin dollar.

Id be inclined to agree with wee roddy's claim that there are players, just as good, if not better from carmen and coalisland who are not in the tyrone panel, than some of those from errigal who while being honest solid footballers, have hardly set the game alight since 2005. Davy does well with his point per game, and is always available for the ball, but his tackling isnt hitting the standards that I think the tyrone work ethic was built on. Enda is a great player, who suffered those tough injuries, but along with alot of his double celtic cross winning team mates - maybe the hunger has dropped a little. Its easy for people to tell supporters that we are quick to criticise and that we couldnt do better - however, its not hard to see that the hunger isnt there, the obvious fire in the belly of the team who hadnt wont prior to 2003, and who were angrily snarling for revenge against armagh in the semi of 2005 just isnt there right now. All players can suffer a dip in form right now, but too many tyrone men have suffered it at the same time now. Some blame has to lie with those responsible for the conditioning of the team, and at team management. Why wont gaby mccallan play for the county? Is mickey as impartial as we are led to believe. Young McAnulla is a super prospect - kinda reminds me of richard thornton as a minor.

Pains me, but derry should have this won a couple of times over. Pints, Nightmare isnt the word for what we are seeing from eoin bradley. Hes not even putting himself about, his marker had time to fall on his ass, get back up and find a dublin player on the over lap, bradly was just standing looking at him.

I read Colm Coyle's interview in the paper on sun and if true, Coyler said that the ref gave everything to tyrone during the game!
Colm still playing th eold mind games and the 'no one likes us' card.
Its part of what has motivated and re-generated meath this year.

IMO Meath were by far the better looking team , still tyrones endurance kept them in it - I am not sure how.
I thought there were three bad decisions regarding frees in the first half that ended up with meath points, with at least one in the second half added to two occasions where Darren fay picked the ball clean off the ground.

In spite of so many dreadful wides (from easier scoring positions imo) by tyrone, they could have won the game which they lets face it - did not deserve based on the entertainment and play during the game.

Meath need to tighten up their defence if they are going to win the All Ireland - which now is not beyond them in a one off game (most likely v kerry), given that cork look like a clueless team and meath should easily get to the final.

I think conor gormley has shown in every game, that hes the best back in the country, from 2-7 he might be the most desired player in the country if he was available for any team to get their hands on him. Surely grounds for an all star this year?

Im not sure that the inside forwards bray and masters should be picked at half forward for any of these best 15 in the country. The roles are completely different. The inside man wins the ball, turns, maybe takes on his man, maybe doesnt and bangs it over (or at least thats the blue print for success). The half forward has so much more to do, and needs to be a more direct runner of the ball, and a winner of scrappy ball. Think geraghty, cavanagh(could be there), and galvin  and so on. It makes no sense to make room for masters and bray at half forward, that wouldnt deliver an all around best 15 performance just my two cents worth.

No creativity up front. Very little fight. Meath much better team. Geraghty still a nasty piece of work.

Cork might actually be hard to beat, but not neccessarily a huge threat on the attacking front. You can really only play what is in front of you, and at times, poor quality games result from the quality of one team. The cork backs today were superb, their constant support runs and tyrone-esque defensive play was impressive enough, regardless of the opposition. The midfield will hold their own against a number of teams left, and I for one wouldnt write them off just yet.

Sligo were very poor. Seemed to be no gameplan, or rather a one man forward line that didnt work. Seemed like with 10 minutes even left, sligo players (big name players) had given up the ghost.

Alright, I am not compter illiterate per se, but was just looking in the wrong place. I guess they have upgraded us to a pay per view event. Thank the risen jesus for that. Was almost a long drive to the west coast to find a suitable watering hole that was going to show the game.
