Has anyone got a name and numebr for a good mortgage broker in the North?

Preferrably one that gets its fee from the banks rather than its customers...

We have been recommended "the mortgage shop" on ormeau road.

When making an appt for him/her to visit you make sure and ask:

a) are you all of market? (not just selected mortgages)
b) how do you earn your commission and how much? (they will provide you with a written copy of this before you sign-up)
