I was out last night and took a lot of stuff and finding it hard to shift. I've tried Lucozade, water, orange juice, sausages and stuff.
Is there anything that definitely works but the governement wont let on?
Pull a James Bond (casino Royal) and empty the salt shaker into a glass of warm water. Gargle until you bring the whole lot up. Then drink a bottle of Gatorade and 2 tynenol PMs and have a kip
Option 1: more beer
Option 2: more sleep
Option 3: get as much salt and sugar into your system as possible
As they said in 'The Young Ones'... a good thing for a hangover is drinking heavily the night before ;D
A good ride.

The secret is planning. Try to drink as much water before you go out as possible. Ideally 2 litres over the course of the day. Get a decent lunch/dinner which includes plenty of spuds/chips before hitting the drink. You can then drink as much as you like provided you remember to have another 2 pints of water + 2 x brufen or paracetamol before bed. You'll awake fully hydrated and no hangover.
