Aghaloo beat brackaville on Friday night. There will be no run away winnwr in division 3 this year.

Just thinking the same. Most games have been very tight too. Should be an exciting campaign.

Owen Roes probably the strongest team in it but the starred games will kill them.
Dark horses i would give to the derg. 3 out of 4 and Caolan Harvey hasnt been seen for them yet this year.

Well he got player of the week last week in the ulster herald. Though there are plenty of attacking half backs in the division I would say equal and better him.

Dark horses fintona or CNG for me.

would take the Ulster Herald player of the week with a pinch of salt. Clearly that decision came from it being a good win for Castlederg and his name being the most recognisable not for his performance.

Heard the 2 Brennans and McGeary was called up. I know one of the Brennan lads were already there.  It would do no harm to have as many of the U21's there for training purposes, competeing and challenging for positions.  I wonder if Daniel McNulty got a call up?  Worth his place especially with his free kick accuracy.

Whats the scenerio if the Tyrone and Donegal game is a draw?  Does the club championship go ahead only 1 week later than scheduled after the replay?

Can we pip this Donegal side in Ballybofey?  It is long overdue!

Omagh have Clonoe this weekend,  another massive 'battle' on their hands.  Cassidy will have noted the Ardbo strategy and I'm sure it will be another interesting tussle.  Every team will raise their game to the reigning County Champions,  its only natural.

Hear Caolan Harvey got the call up as well. Good player to.

I hear 3 greencastle starters headin to the states! Tickets all booked! Guna be a massive blow to them! Guna be a tough season for there senior team now to avoid the drop!

Wouldn't be overly concerned if i was a greencastle man, not exactly 3 of their best players that are leaving just a few players on the outskirts of the 15.
Can see Greencastle having a good season and maybe even a championship run given their side of the draw.

The 'castle must have some squad now if they deem John McCullagh, Sean Warnock and Mark Carson on the outskirts of their starting team....maybe they are going to send 3 look-a-like reserves to San Fran instead !! Them 3 would get on most senior teams and will be badly missed if the rumours are true that these 3 are definitely going to San Francisco soon.
Did my cullough ever get a trial with Tyrone seniors

Never got one. Maybe if he was from Omagh or Errigal he might have gotten a trial but being from Greencastle he was overlooked which is pity as he is as good as any forward tyrone have at the minute.

Don't know who is telling you this information because there is no word of them three going.
Have yous heard of anyone else going over to the states? Heard Darren McCurry could be heading over and maybe a few of the omagh boys?

where is fiontamach.always enjoyed his view on football and def a man who talked sense on tyrone.could niall McKenna make it as a centre half back.pj should def get run of games.any u21 from this years team good enough to step up.mark Bradley, rory brennan, danny mcnulty.what about mcnulty from dungannon,he was v good in the intermediate this year.

Rory Brennan wouldn't offer a pile to the county senior set up from what I have seen from him.
Big Dan McNulty would offer an alternative at full forward and offers a great goal threat but I believe he has bad back problems.
I would definetly have a look at Mark Bradley along with Frank Burns and Kieran McGeary from Pomeroy, class acts.
Ruairi Sludden and Niall Sludden also worth a look at.
Padraig McNulty and Patrick Quinn from Dungannon should definetly get a close look at, two physical presences who could add a lot till the current tyrone team.
Other than that maybe Dwayne Quinn, Michael Cassidy, John McCullagh or Ruairi Loughran might be worth a look.

Dungannon 2-10 Greencastle 1-15

Were you at the game Ziggy? Good away win for Greencastle, the Clarkes are an improving team.

As good a game as ive seen this long time.Very good dungannon team, padraig mcnulty a real handful at full forward. Greencastle showed a bit of experience at the end to win it at the death
Can see them getting a play off place the year.

Coalisland missing big frank alexander lowe in around the middle, be to big a loss.
Clonoe to win it well.

I would like tyrone to line out as follows for saturdays game:
1. Niall Morgan
2. Aidan McCrory
3. Justin McMahon (depending on fitness)/Danny McBride
4. Ronan McNammee
5. Conor Clarke
6. Conor Gormley/Joe McMahon/ Ronan McNabb (Man to just hold the middle at 6 and not leave the defence exposed)
7. Peter Harte
8. Colm Cavanagh
9. Conan Grugan
10. Mark Donnelly
11. Sean Cavanagh
12. Mattie Donnelly
13. Darren McCurry
14. Kyle Coney
15. Ronan O'Neill (dropping a bit deeper than mccurry and coney and acting as a playmaker, just like the league game against Mayo)

Peter Donnelly in charge of that cavan team, serious slip up there not having him in some role within the county at some level.
