Good news for Laois..
https://www.laoistoday.ie/2018/04/16/breaking-laois-gaa-announce-new-sponsor-for-centre-of-excellence/

€15k over 3 years

Break out the port and cigars
I thought that too. 5 grand a year isn't a lot.
Whats the going rate for sponsorship of a COE?
No clue. Maybe it's a good deal but it seems a fairly small figure to me. I could be a million miles out.

I think it's wrongly worded it's €60,000 over 3 years.

Tomas O'Shea doesn't like the way Carlow play and has some praise for Laois...

Listen here, go to the bottom of the page and it starts at 49.50 on the podcast

Also, well done to Niall Donoher on making the team of the week in a week when an awful lot of teams were playing..

How does John Sugrue prepare Laois for the Leinster final knowing that we have a greater chance of qualifying for the Super 8s than we have of beating Dublin, yet, aware that a heavy defeat could scupper our chances in the qualifiers?

Best of luck to him.
