It looks as though I joined in April 2007, it must have been a slow day in work  ;)

Anybody watch Gomorrah? Advertisements for it during GoT have caught my eye, might give it a go.

Yes I am watching Gomorrah.  The first series was excellent.  I am enjoying the 2nd series but finding it a bit slower in terms of storyline, I would still recommend watching it though.

Anybody seen the Americans? Have had a look back a few pages and no mention of it

A few people on Facebook recommending it recently.

I watched the first series & about half of the 2nd series although I still have the remaining episodes recorded, whether I ever watch them though is another matter.  I got a bit bored of it to be honest.

Can't wait to watch the 2nd series of Gomorrah, loved the first series & would recommend it to anyone who hasn't seen it.

So who was in Navan last weekend? 'Fess up !

http://www.irishexaminer.com/sport/gaa/gaa-steward-disgusted-at-abuse-over-broken-ticket-scanner-379492.html

Obviously not the steward's fault but it was a disgrace that there was no back up scanner available & no despite my Northern accent I was not hurling abuse.  I am surprised that he felt the need to go to the press with this though, if I was a cynical Nordie I'd see it as an opportunity to get at our lot  ;)

Any ideas how to watch this Rebellion online in the north guys?

Can I change my i.p address using a 'safe' piece of software?

Also, it is repeated on Saturday night on RTE1 AT 11:05PM.

I was reading someone else's comments on the Armagh forum and they were saying this is Armagh's 3rd home game in a row (we all knew that) but that it doesn't feel like a proper championship if you haven't too get in your car and head to some other ground in Ireland and I suppose that's true. The feeling off driving for a few hours to an unfamiliar ground and getting to see different parts of the country is nearly part of the Championship ( the drive to Croker is best as you know you've made progress in the Championship) but it's great to get south to a ground you haven't visited before.

Some of us do our travelling by following the team throughout the League ;)  You'd have seen many unfamiliar grounds with Armagh this year by doing that :) Ahhh Kilmallock, now that was a special ground!!!
Wasn't going to post this myself!  They were brushing the water out of the goalmouths with yardbrushes in Kilmallock.

It did look like a nice town though to be fair :) I haven't seen a ground like that in a very very long time even at club level!!! We won the match though & the sun shone, so there were some positives.

Yes some of the quote was from Armagh forum and I added a bit. You know the difference between a summers day and a drive to a championship game compared to a cold wet windy game in Kilmallock in a league game. I go to most league game tbh but I didn't go to that one which sounds like an experience alright...

I'm only teasing ;)

Toughest draw Armagh could have got too, apart from an away trip to Galway.Meath and Wexford would have been my preferences.Galway must start as favourites

We couldn't get Wexford, they were not beaten Provincial semi finalists, it was Galway, Meath, Derry or Tipperary.

Could anyone tell me what the parking arrangements are as regards attending tomorrow night's match?  Is there a "park & ride" facility available?  Any information would be greatly appreciated.

The read rubbish bins outside McAnerney's shop in Armagh have big signs saying "This is not a post box"!

I'm assuming you actually mean "red" then  ;)

I've been watching this show since it first aired on Channel 4.  The writing is excellent & Sheldon is pure comedy value all on his own, but the dynamic of the group just makes it all the more entertaining. Love it, love it, love it  :)

A little off the subject, but WTF is going on with Mc Geeneys hair, worse lookin hair do I've seen in a long time. A middle parted bowl cut? Apart from that the mans a legend.

I have been wondering the exact same thing for weeks!!!!!!!!!!!  ???  I'm hoping it's one of those "I'm not cutting my hair until we're put out of the Leinster Championship/All Ireland", otherwise, seriously someone needs to have a word, that hair is just Wrong with a capital W  :o
