Wow what a strike from Kompany  :o
I was shouting "don't let him hit it, don't let him hit it". Shite defending.
Didn't watch the game, by all accounts though it was a super strike. Nice for Man United fans to have something to cheer about this season.
When you think you're fucked you're only about 40% fucked.

Considering the diving antics in recent Liverpool and Arsenal games, it was a bit of a shock to witness a clean goal from Man City, though it be a fluke shot from a centre half.

Captain Obvious

If that late Iheanacho chance had fell to Vardy? A deserved win for Manchester City the crossbar and Schmeichel kept that game scoreless before that unbelievable strike from Kompany.

We've nothing to cheer about lad but it looks like we might just end up winning the same no of trophies as Liverpool!  ;D

D Day! Is there a sting in the tail yet? If there wasn't the hurling on tv I might go to pub and watch it unfold.

Liverpool should have their game wrapped up early. If Liverpool are 3-0 up at halftime and no score in the other game it will put serious pressure on City!

Could be another Aguero moment on 95mins

Either way it's been some season for both sets of fans and should Liverpool not make it they have an outstanding consolation prize in Madrid

Wolves have a good record against the Top 6.. More likely City will have the game wrapped up early.. ✨

Read last night that no team has come from 2nd place to win the title on the last day in the Premiership era. First time for everything?

Arsenal '89 probably the last?

Captain Obvious

There we have it no last day drama and Manchester City are the first back to back Premier League winners for 10 years.

Great effort by Liverpool however one wouldn't be honest if they didn't say that was Liverpool's title to lose at the half way stage when seven points clear and a draw in the match against Manchester City on January on 3rd probably would have closed the door on any notion of a comeback.

With Guardiola staying around they should finish on 95 to 100 points again next season, the main question is can Liverpool repeat or get close to their points total of this season again or can Chelsea,Tottenham improve with a few good signings and become title challengers?

Chelsea signings?

Do you think a transfer ban will stay in place when Abramovich flashes his cash?

They will be signing Pulisic. Abramovich is done with Chelsea - looking for a buyer.
