BTW  Man City are following the Cruyff style  by appointing Pep and having 3 ex Barca people managing the club   Just saying like
Bollox statement.  Cruyff's ideology was that you can't buy football, you just concentrate on nurturing home-grown talent. I think your point might be that Man City are attempting to buy what Cryuff and Barca were about.  That's the antithesis of 'following the Cryuff style'.
Wrong. Style and philosophy.  . Football is a money game anyway. By appointing ex Barca people including pep the Qataris are going down the JC route. The Glazers are not.

City hope to go down the JC route, or use their bottomless weath to buy that route.   Barca seem to be doing pretty well, if not better, without Pep and the Barca directors they bedazzled with money.  Whether they manage to re-create it at Camp-Loadzamoney remains to be seen.   Nothing is certain.
