As bad as things are, I'm not buying a rose for myself.

I wish I had your strength.

Memory of these may be a bit hazy, but the rose was never a deal breaker, either you were in with a chance or you weren't.

Rose sellers outside bars at the end of the nite. As bad as things are, I'm not buying a rose for myself.

I bought a whole bunch of them in London one night and give them to a homeless woman. I think she would have perfered money.

People that don't indicate at roundabouts. Not a f**king mind-reader. Also those lane hopping c***ts on the M1 during evening rush hour. Bastards. Also people who take too long to react at traffic lights.

People who think they have a duty to prevent you from changing lanes.

Wikipedia editors who do nothing but go around changing 'catholic' to 'Roman catholic', 'Ireland' to 'the Republic of Ireland', 'Derry' to 'Londonderry' etc.

I'm guessing you spent the best part of the day changing them back ;)

I find it tiresome getting involved in stuff like that. Right now there's a big debate raging about the 'Ireland' article between those who think it should be about the whole island and those who think it should be about the 26-county state. Wake me up when it's over.

I find it helps if you put in writing "do not do anything you'll regret!"

Also, always bring a German to meetings and negotiations. Germans scare the crap out of people.
