Okay let me rephrase that.

In my view, Stricker is the weakest on the yank team.

I wish my game was as weak as Strikers is

Westwood or Lodewicus Oosthuizen?

Ah Jaysus Laoislad, 5 minutes and 42 seconds of clowns alternately screaming 'Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeessssss!" and "Nooooooooooooo!".   ???

Ah sure you would only like it if they spoke in a foreign language and there was subtitles..

typical united fighting to the final whistle long after pretenders to the premier league throne will have given up on 3pm points.   ;D

Yeah you wouldn't see City being able to do that... Oh wait what happened on the last day of the season again?
I still have it recorded on sky+ and watch the last few minutes every few weeks as a wee pick-me-up ;) As good as a tonic when you see the bake on Fergie and Phil Jones.

I don't think these will ever get old ;D

Wouldn't bother me in the least if Owen came back, there is f**k all loyalty in football anyways so the fact he played for United wouldn't bother me.
Liverpool need back up, the owners and Ayre have screwed Rodgers rightly and bringing Owen back will show just how much they fucked up last Friday.

I dont like the little bollix but at the end of the day if he came on and scored the winner against United in a few weeks I doubt anyone would care who he played for in the past!

Anyone else hear the rumours that Ayre is getting the bullet because of what happened ?
yeah heard Ayre is getiing returned to his old job of director of comunications or what ever it was.

its not just the fact he played for united, he just seems to have no loyalty to ayone, real mercenary just.
I know you could say the same about alot of footballers, but something about him annoys me more than most!
i would rather have drogba as a player anyway, regardless of owens history

I'm only guessing but Owen would cost maybe €50k/wk or maybe even a pay as you play deal.
Is Drogba not on something like €250k/wk in China? I doubt we could even pay him €100k/wk.

BR not ruling out Michael Owen return apparently.

Don't see why not if he is available.
Throw him for Europa League and Carling Cup games to give Suarez or Borini a rest.

Didn't think we were that bad today, two bad mistakes hurt us, Arsenal were not really a whole ton better than us.

RTE obviously blew the wad on the Olympics. A shame as some great performances out there.

The fastest athlete ever in the history of the paralympics being from Ireland is quite an achievement.

As I said its just as big an achievement as anything the boxers done.
Same goes for the swimmers and the other fella who won Gold in the 800m
