Need to separate your odd poor results to how Liverpool set up in Europe..they have been immense home and away! Stoke fighting for their lives!! Set up for a draw and got it..forget about decisions not going your way, some you get some you don't..

Will Liverpool put out full team v Chelsea? Or rest lads for the final? A draw would secure a fourth spot but a draw isn't in their make up

That's where the 13/14 team went wrong against the same opposition.
yeah, big slip up that year

QuoteLiverpool assistant manager Zeljko Buvac has ended a 17-year coaching relationship with Jurgen Klopp in the week of the club's crucial Champions League semi-final against AS Roma.

Buvac, frequently described as "the brain" behind the pair's 'Gegenpressing' tactical approach, is understood to have left the club following a dispute with his long-term colleague.

According to club sources, Liverpool players were informed earlier on Sunday that the Bosnian-Serb was leaving Klopp's coaching staff. The decision to terminate a working relationship that began when the pair represented German club Mainz 05 in the 1990s comes during a season in which Klopp had come into conflict with Buvac.

Don't see any of the credible journalists reporting on this. Hopefully a load of oul bollocks

Injury updates from Klopp:

Mane - should be fine for Wednesday
Lallana - injury cleared up but not fit yet, small chance of being available for Chelsea, but it is hoped he'll be available for Brighton
Can - not absolutely ruled out for season just yet, but he's behind Lallana

Delighted to see Firmino sign a new contract. Salah getting all the praise this season but Firmino has been fantastic also.

Maybe he's joining Stevie Me at the embarrassment at Rangers?  ;D

A job for Gerrard maybe?

I'd say Stevie G would like the chance at management. Rangers are in a bad state at the moment but nothing a few big name signings wouldnt change. Gerrard would have ambitions beyond Glasgow and abit of success there could be used as an entry to the Premiership

What sort of success will he get there though? Seems a daft appointment which he'll regret very quickly, the media attention will get to him and the pressure of not being able to compete with Celtic and Aberdeen and possibly Hibs will only make the job harder..

Wright and Shearer both said it was the perfect job for hm last night, they obviously don't like him
None of us are getting out of here alive, so please stop treating yourself like an after thought. Ea

quit yo jibbajabba

word on the street is that there'll be money made available for him to buy. be interestin to see if that happens..

Insane Bolt

Think he would be mad to take it, better off staying with Liverpool.

Yeah, numerous titles and some CL success in Scotland really landed Lennon a plum PL job. No one in England rates Scottish league success. He'll be getting his next job because he's Steven Gerrard and not because he was successful at Rangers.

Even if money is available, realistically how many players do they need to be able to compete with Celtic, I would imagine you would be talking 8,9 10?
Do they have that amount of money available? I doubt it.

They're about four games off Celtic and just back from the lower leagues - I think some of the suggestions about how far behind Celtic Rangers are is really fanciful stuff from people who just don't like Rangers.
