Folks need some help!

Got a sony ericsson w350i for christmas and a friend in work has sent me a few vids via bluetooth. They saved onto the memory card but were saved automatically into the music file. I dont have a clue how to open them as videos and there doesnt seem to be any way to move them into the video file.

can any1 help>?
