Great performance from Gormley last night by all accounts. Some man. Will the O'neill cup be making a return to quinins corner this October? Carmen in an ideal position now with extra week of training (back out on sunday morning according to teamtalk interview) and having the luxury of running their eye over all prospective semi final opponents

On another note I see Ciaran Meenagh from loughmacrory is part of the ballinascreen management team which have taken them to the county final for the first time in a while. Although they will have their work cut out against shamrocks in final

Don't suppose anyone knows when Aer Lingus release flights for next summer?

The week after spending a fortune on a holiday to Mexico and flights to the US for September, Mr Rois goes and proposes with a sparkler.
So I'm planning a summer Alpine wedding next year and Aer Lingus are the only people that fly to Geneva in summer time.

I want to be able to tell the guests when to book flights to get best prices (around the 12th July next year) and am so impatient at the minute!!  Anyone have any broad clues when flights are likely to go on sale?

Congrats cuz!  ;)

As far as I know, they won't put you into overdraft with fees, so just keep the account at 3.95 - only put in and take out on a short term basis, if you know what I mean.

thanks...

I think PTSB still offers free banking. Wouldn't keep much cash with them though. http://namawinelake.wordpress.com/2013/03/24/are-your-deposits-in-irish-banks-safe/

anyone other than PTSB offering free banking?

Lads- bit of advice needed, I've an Ulster Bank account in Euros but do most of my banking in Sterling. Got an email from them today informing me that I'll be charged €4 a month if I don't keep over €3000 in the account (which I won't be able to do). Any other current accounts available with other banks which don't charge this? Is it hard to switch accounts?

Any info on the Tyrone lad Paddy Quinn (Derrylaughlan?) starting for Dublin at the weekend?

you might get an answer if you provided some information

- are you in the North or the South?
- do you mostly call, text, use the Internet, use the phone as a MP3 player, or what?
- how much do you spend in a month?
- how much would you spend on a phone?

I'm in the north

I was hoping a decent contract would provide the phone for free

Hoping for something in around £15-£20 per month

Mostly call but would like a bit of internet use as well

Fionntamhnach

I mentioned to you before that I was moving house to under the Carnmoney Hill transmitter.

I've moved in and got a new HD TV (Logik from Curry's). I can pick up a very snowy annalogue RTE 1 and RTE 2 picture on the new TV through the roof aerial.

I have an old TV so i thought i would give it ago to see if it would pick up a better picture. It has turned out that this old TV (a Grundig Super Color T56-1401 GB UHF/VHF) picks up crystal clear annalogue RTE 1, RTE 2, TV3 and TG4 pictures through the roof aerial.

Is there anyway i can improve the picture on the new TV i have to tie me over until the digital switchover in October? How come the old TV can pick up a crystal clear picture and the new one can't?

If I'm getting a good annalogue picture on the old TV, does it mean that if i get a Saorview Box or one out of Tesco i've heard mentioned, that i would be able to pick up the digital versions of RTE1,2, TV3 and TG4?

any help would be appreciated

Thanks
