Things must be getting really dicey for them lately, your heart would go out to anyone trying to keep the thing going with the amount of lads moving away at the minute. Must be trojan work.

Definite split in division 3 as many men have mentioned on here, Raymond Monteith mentioned it at county convention a few months ago. You could see there being a 3A and 3B in the near future the way things are going, the gap between the junior contenders and the bottom is widening every year.
This is passed and will come into effect in 2025. Will also encourage more development teams. A positive move for the club scene as Junior football as it stands is dying a death with the big difference top and bottom.

Don't know how it's passed. A change like that would have to be voted by clubs and clubs notified well in advance if mid table clubs want to push on instead of downing tools for championship after a few league defeats.

Quote from: clarshack on October 25, 2023, 11:19:15 AMCould they not have had the Intermediate Final on before the Senior Final and give the neutral supporter a bit of value for money? Intermediate and Senior Finals were on as a double header in Armagh last weekend and in Derry this weekend.
Feels like it is another money grab by splitting the Finals up to try and maximise as much revenue as possible.

£14 in Saturday and £15 in Sunday would suggest so. £3 for under 16's.
Streaming £15 and £16.
I'm not normally too fussy with this stuff and I love watching a game from my living room, but steep compared to the rest of Ulster. Sure it always is, what's new

Thank god for Amazon device I haven't gave them brass this year - Things are tight enough.

How, or why, has Darragh Cullen from Edge Innovate been named as an individual that is being prosecuted rather than any other individual

I believe the Club Secretary liable for any legal case involving the club.

Below  is from youth  regulations  sent out at he  start of the year

Where a player plays for their clubs' A-team, they cannot subsequently regrade to play for
their clubs' B-team at the same age group

That memo mustn't have made it to a few clubs who have blatantly ignored that rule.

Correct, I think Brackavile and Tattyreagh are by far the 2 strongest teams in G4. Looking at the league results brackavile beat Cookstown 11:15 - 0:07, 3 weeks later Cookstown beat brackavile 4:07 - 1:08 in the championship. some turnaround from a B team that finished 6th in the league.

Coalisland have lights and a covered stand - on same pitch

Only fit for training, not match standard.

I was told yesterday evening that some of the venues selected for championship games this year will be reconsidered as they have failed the 5G signal test required for Tyrone TV. A few games will need rehomed.

Hearing this myself, also hearing the very not so popular Garvaghey is being considered for a number of games.

Bigtogs, you make it sound as if their actually going out recruiting players from other clubs? (recruiting being a mild choice of word :) )

All I can say is I know for a fact they definitely go out of their way to persuade these players to join. (usually younger players as it is easier to persuade them to make the switch)

I'm not against transfers completely as there are a lot of legitimate reasons however these sly tactics have no place in our game IMO.

Poaching flat out. Notorious for it over the years. The new tactic is offering youth players free boots and kit.

Believe me it wasn't at our pitch. Other side of the county.

Hearing reports of an Under 13 game being abandoned during the week due to a mass brawl. Anyone shed any light?
