Good game in killyclogher,Omagh put it up to the blues.Hopefully Conor and Joe Mc Mahon who both had to go off injured will be okay. Not a great day for the county men Conor Meyler and Mark Bradley Black carded,Justin Mc Mahon red carded after about 6 personal fouls.Donal Dorman should be red carded for life from officiating what a clown.

Congratulations Pomeroy and Rock. Do Rock get to keep the trophy now lol.

Think Pomeroy play St. Colmcilles of Meath (Graham Reilly's club) in the All-Ireland semis now.

Rock to play the winners of Britain and Rosenallis of Laois??? The talk on the Laois thread is that Rosenallis are very much an up and coming team in Laois.

The team to beat in junior though would be Glenbeigh-Glencar of Kerry.  Darren O'Sullivan plays for them and they finished 8th in the Kerry 1st division this season. They actually finished above Kenmare who won the Munster Intermediate championship today.

That Kerry/Munster Championship is confusing. The team Dr. Crokes beat in the County Final are All Ireland Intermediate Favourites

Standard antics. Had that team won would they have entered the Munster Senior Championship?

Dr Crokes beat the Kenmare Divisional team in the county final. Divisional teams cannot progress to the provincial championship.
The team that won the Munster Intermediate Championship was Kenmare Shamrocks.
I would imagine that the Kenmare Divisional team had members from Kenmare Shamrocks playing for them.

It is possible for a player in Kerry to win a Senior and Intermediate/Junior championship in the same season.

I have always thought that Tyrone should adopt the Kerry model for their championships.

Why should we do that when we have produced 7 different champions in 7 different years and have sides like Trillick come straight out of intermediate to win senior?

The club championship in Tyrone would seem to be as balanced and competitive as you'd find across the country.

Well Done to Pomeroy, I wonder what this result means for their management team and the proposed link up with Scotstown. If Pomeroy go on to March surely Scotstown will want to have a good pre season over them. Is it possible that they might stay in Tyrone?
Living the dream!!!
