Watching football on RTE - blocked by sky

For the past few weeks I was able to watch soccer on RTE through SKY. Now it's blocked again.

Anyone know what the story is?..

What soccer were you watching? Each competition has its own rights agreements. Although if it was RTE, it was probably the Champions League I suppose. Was the same game shown on Sky? If so, that could be your issue. If the same game was on ITV you'd probably be ok.

Down here we can't watch Europa League games broadcast on the BT sports package, except the one on Setanta Ireland. Again, rights I suppose.
