What a collapse from Loman's. Spectacular.

That will take a long long time to get over for Loman's.

omagh_gael

Who the f**k ran out and threw that free back from Loman's? Number 20? What the hell was he at! Gave the game away.

Cunny Funt

WTF it was 2-10 to 0-10 to Lomans on 59 mins when i switched it over.

GalwayBayBoy

Loman's were so superior in the 2nd half. There wasn't really any signs of Moorefield being able to make a comeback. Until they suddenly did. Helped by some very loose passes by Loman's in defence.

Donnellys Hollow

If only the county team had half of the heart that Moorefield have.

Amazing to win it without Tyrrell, Houlihan or Ciarán Kelly.

They will have to build a statue to Roli. Mr Moorefield.

There's Seán Brady going in, what dya think Seán?

MayoBuck

Bizarre finish to that game. How did Loman's lose that..

Tubberman

Well that was a game Lomans lost - 5 up with a couple mins of normal time left. The ball being brought up for last free was the most idiotic in a series of panic decisions, had no idea how to see game out. Disappointed in how quiet Heslin was
"Our greatest glory is not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall."

Must be the stupidest thing ever seen on a football field; givng away 10 yds further out the field is irrelevant but from there was absurd. And two suicidal passes from defence when Lomans were well in control. Have to hand it to Moorefreld tho; great heart to come back, and that man Sweeney never stopped driving them on. Credit to both teams, great game

Moorefield are a team of committed die hard club men. None moreso than Sweeney. Kildare county lads don't dig deep for their clubs every time and that has affected the county team IMO.
The Moores just know how to win it and the fact that they didn't fold helped to cause a lot of the Lomans panic.
I was fully ecpecting black cards in injury time but Lonans were too nice. Mental game!
them mysterons are always killing me but im grand after a few days.sickenin aul dose all the same.

The Newbridge rivalry is the making of both clubs. Every other town in the county (with the exception of Leixlip) is a one club town and they are the lesser for it.
