Guaranteed borefest - both teams will defend deep when not in possession, walk the ball to halfway after it has been kicked wide, hand pass or kick short ad nausea as they probe for space - dubs 2 minute soccer style build up to McCarthys point - and repeat over and over with occasional turnovers leading to brief instances of high intensity play - very brief!! Then the final 7-10 mins will see both of them decide to try and go for it!!
And based on league positions at start of year Tyrone have had a harder run to this stage - derry, div2, donegal div1, down div2, Armagh div3..
Versus Dublin - Carlow div4, w-Meath div4, Kildare div2 and Monaghan div1 - so how good are Dublin?

Gaeil Naomh Padraig have three teams in their amalgamation - is this at u14 and u18?
And is it allowed to have have three teams together and a three team amalgamation be entered in to grade 4?????

Good man club Rosa, glad ur team stayed in grade 1 where senior clubs should be even if they have to take a few beatings, lads need to learn how to lose as well as how to win. Too many clubs dropping down a grade to save their boys gettin beat but also with an eye to winning a handy trophy, and give out the beatings they wouldn't take themselves to the clubs in the lower grade. Why should clubs who are genuine grade two, three r four be denied their chance to win a trophy because some big club with good connections in the fixtures dept want to have the best of everything for themselves - spoils child syndrome among big clubs, players an mentors in those clubs. Wonder when carrickmore last played grade two r three at youth level - real big clubs not afraid to test their Cubs rather than pander to them.

Good man brogin - not just a kerry man but a kerry teacher that gonna teach this idiot the difference between whinging and justified comments - must remember to tell Paidi the next time Declan o'sullivan or donaghy or coooper go off on one at the ref that he shouldn't be worried - the boys are only making justified comments. LOL!!!!!

Sad loss to his family first and GAA second - modest, hardworking and massively talented and played through a time when kerry forwards didn't need to whinge about anything - they let their football do the talking. RIP, first of the truly golden generation.

Lad had plenty o time to get his head on the thing - Edenderry were well ahed from long way out and looked certain winners from half time or before it. The enniskillen boys just didn't turn up - or were they just a poor team?

Note brogin41 looks like another one of Paidi O Se's kerry whingers - blame everybody else when you get bate!!!!

Dont matter makes a good point that surely theres a danger now of any sore loser or anyone who wants to deflect a bita attention from themselves will just run with a sob story to the papers or to good oul joe duffy - and he'll just make fun of everything. Cooney wasnt as quik to hit on dromid when that storm in a teacup blew up and the leadership have to stop the whingeing culture at source if they're going to stop the sore losers - we''l have video clips of all sorts appearin on youtube with the way phones are now. Be a shame to try and bolt the stable door when duffy is laughin at gaa again on national airways.

Go tubberman, really insightful - denial and more of the blind leading the blind, maybe you should switch codes and adopt the Wenger approach to Arsenal wrongdoings - never sees or hears any wrongdoing. Have the courage to accept the problem exists - then maybe it can be solved.

Fair play to Brolly - he tells it like it really is, one rule for the southerners and another for the nordies!! And the southeners really can't take it when the nordies beat them with Brolly highlighting the excuses offered by the Roscommon man which sounded so much like spillane when tyrone were beating kerry in all the big games. But at a much higher level you now have cooney pontificating about armagh goin to the press about the laois episode - where was cooney when dromid joe duffy's were goin to the press, as brolly says 'northmen, southmen, comrades all my arse'. No doubt if cross beat garrycastle they'll probably have done it because the army helped them train so hard for so many years - or some other ridiculous reason why the southeners can't match the professionalism of the nordies!!!!!!

Watch you back round rte (really trashy entertainers) Joe.
