Well, that's champions league gone now. Left themselves too much to do with that awful start to the season. I would think that if it goes similarly early next season, that will be it for Rodgers. Its just too competitive to allow that much of a gap to open up and expect to perform flawlessly in the second half to claw it back.

I wouldn't be surprised, I can't see FSG handing Rodgers a big pile of money to spend.

So at this stage do Liverpool fans want to hang on in a Europa League place or would it be better to fall away so no European distractions next season?
