Which Inter County Championship is the most enjoyable competition?

Just interested in people's views on this. Have we, at a stroke, removed the championship with the best, most enjoyable, games, (i.e. the U21 Football), or do people prefer another age/grade/code as a competition.

I'm not asking which competition has the highest standard, necessarily, but rather which is the most enjoyable/interesting.

I find u21 and minor both and too hard to pick from.  Minor football is enjoyable to watch, a true fearlessness in them players and players not bogged down with external pressures. 

The u21's is a great advertisement for the game, players near fully developed mentally and physically, fast flowing and skillful.  The added benefit of it being run off quickly is teams don't have time to muck about with tactics and most teams go unnoticed unless there winning.  Again pressure lifted for young adults to enjoy a game without worrying of the results! Football at its purest!

The latter stages of the senior hurling is best entertainment usually. Provincial championships, bar Ulster F and Munster H, are boring as feck.

Maybe it is time to move to the Kerry system of divisional teams in the football.

Teams who havn't won a Provincial title in years would be forced to combine to improve standards.

We could merge some of the weaker counties as follows:

In Munster Limerick + Clare and Tipp + Waterford. The Munster Championship would then be 2 semis and a final.

In Lenister you could merge natural allies such as Louth + Meath, Longford + W'meath, Offaly + Laois, Carlow + Kilkenny + Wexford, Kildare + Wicklow. Leinster would be 2 1/4s, 2 semis and a final.

In Ulster say Tyrone + Fermanagh, Derry + Antrim + Down, Armagh + Cavan. Ulster would have one 1/4, 2 semis and a final.

Connacht would see Leitrim + Sligo, London + Roscommon, Galway + New York. Connacht would have 2 semis and a final and surely they could manage to run them off within 3 months?

Of course like the Kerry system, where only proper clubs would be allowed to go on and compete in the All-Ireland series, only the stand alone counties would be allowed to go for Sam. No back doors either.
