really poor performance today. a real lack of creativity and goals is a big worry. its frustrating to see the yak banging in the goals for fun when he couldnt hit a barn door for us.

on a different note nice to see a very moving tribute to gary speed today at goodison

ExiledGael

Very poor. 67% possession and no shots on target!

Orangemac

Another poor result today but at least we scored. We seem to be conceding goals easily and not creating many chances.

Moyes hands are tied due to lack of funds but he is going to have to look at the strategy of playing 1 up front which has served him so well for so long. This was great when we had Arteta,Pienaar and Tim Cahill weighing in with goals but if you have 5 in midfield you need some of them scoring.

Donavan signing in January will provide a lift and if we could bring in a decent striker we should be ok for a top 10 finish.

See us linked with Donnelly from Cliftonville for £100k, might be worth a gamble.

Has he not agreed to  sign for Swansea?

Denn Forever

Is Donavan signing full time or is a loan from Galaxy?  Would be a great capture if it was full time.

drenthe a big miss when he was out. one player who can actually make things happen.

Just a loan deal

SHEEDY

need goals and points in midweek. time to drop cahill and play 2 up front especially at home. the football at the minute is dire and is being reflected in the attendances. something needs to change or we are in for a long season in the bottom half.

Cliftonville have agreed fee with Swansea but player has not agreed personal terms. Cliftonville have set a deadline of Christmas Eve to sort things but rumours are that we have made contact with them.

That was some penalty given to Everton today.

Martin O'Neill wasn't happy.
