British winning hearts and minds in Afghanistan?

I see the British "Hearts and minds" campaign in Afghanistan is going well. If it wasn't for the death of the unfortunate child this would almost be funny it's so ridiculous.

Seen this alright. They are not too keen to report what the leaflets say. Something along the lines that if you don't tell us where they are we will destroy your village
