Watched the Dave Chappelle Netflix specials the last few days.

Some of the best Stand up I've ever seen it was absolutely phenomenal. Plenty of laughs plenty to like and plenty to get annoyed about if you're that way inclined but he's just so comfortable up there throwing out jokes as if it's the easiest thing in the world.

Check them out!

Watched 2 of these last night, had never heard of him before that.

Great shows, bit of duplication in the 2017 and 2019 shows around Kevin Hart and the LBGTQ stuff. Still funny nonetheless. Nearly fell off the sofa when he was talking about Bruce/Caitlyn/Kayne.
+2 Brilliant stuff. Best comedy I've seen in a long while
This is my favorite Chapelle sketch, warning the N word is used..

I managed to get a mortgage while still living and working in the U.S.  I can PM you the mortgage brokers details of you wish. The bank pay the broker once you drawdown the mortgage.

Yeah if you don't mind. I wonder how they would look at the £ in comparison to the €. The $might have carried more weight. When was your move?

I closed on the house at the end of April. I'll send you the brokers details. Good luck!

Certainly made hard work of it. Very flat and stale first half, that was to be expected after losing by 9 and 10 points the week before. Heard Higgins had a bit of a knock. Forwards were awful in the first half. Lot of poor decisions made by our players too. Hard to believe we managed to win it, as usually the opposition would make us pay in some fashion. Next Donegal in Castlebar, based on today we won't get within 5 of them.

This was our 5th week out in a row. We had no Higgins, Ruane, Diarmuid and Paddy. Played for the main part sh1te and we still won by 9 points.

And not to forget that Aidan O'Se is carrying an injury. Not a bad result when all that is considered.

Any chance of Diarmuid and Ruane coming back in the next 2 weeks?

North American finals this upcoming Labor Day weekend in Philadelphia. Always a good weekend . Anyone going ?

God be with the days. I played in NACB finals in San Francisco, Chicago and Washington DC. Great days.

We might have crossed paths A.Z, the last year I played was 2003 ( Boston I think)

I have been taking medical marijuana for a year. It's made a huge difference to my life. It has many benefits but the biggest one for me is the quality of sleep that I am getting.

I went from the Nexus 5x to the One Plus 6, I'm very happy with it so far. As advertised it's very fast, has a great battery life and charges extremely fast compared to my old phone. I find the camera very good also. The dual SIM will be come in handy when I'm back in Ireland this summer. The O.S is very similar to my Nexus, I found the transition from my old phone very easy.

It depends where you live in the U.S. When I lived in NYC I was really into baseball, I can still name the 86 Mets team😊 When I was up there last week I noticed people sitting around watching baseball, they were really into it. You wouldn't see that down here. Baseball is still very popular in the north east. When I moved to Florida it was all about football, most people don't give a toss about any other sport down here, must be the climate.

I just received my DNA results back from Ancestry.com, 100% Irish/Scotland /Wales. I was hoping for a little bit of adventure from one of my forefathers, Connaught and parts of Munster is as far they ventured,  I am a little disappointed  :)

Am experiencing the same thing with Flawless IPTV. Live TV not working on WiFi (on demand stuff fine though) but fine on my 4G. Both provided by Orange Spain so don't think there's an ISP issue. Working fine for a mate bank in Dublin.

Gallsman (or anyone else using Flawless) have you had any issues with Flawless today? I got the message down for maintenance all day today.
Thanks FL I signed up for the 48 hour trial. Their website has the same error message all day
Mine was working earlier.

I live in the U.S, I know some ISP's in the U.K try blocks especially during EPL games. Email them via their website for help, they usually respond fast to any problems.

What revelations about Loughinisland did the Irish News make today, and what's the name of the upcoming documentary?   I read Lethal Allies, and it was very disturbing.

Documentary is called "No Stone Unturned" and is in cinemas next Friday

According to the Irish News, the documentary alleges
-One of the gang was a Special Branch Informant
-Informant told Special Branch when and where the attack would take place
-On the day of the attack, Informant told Special Branch attack was off due to mechanical issues with getaway car
-A women who was a civilian RUC worker twice informed the RUC that her husband was the shooter and informed the RUC who the other two members of the gang where.

I watched the documentary last night. They named the gang members and also have video footage of the shooter working in West Belfast. The shooter was an informer hence the attempted cover up.
