Mayo Club Football Quarter-Finals

Coverage of a double bill of quarter-finals from the Mayo Club Football Championship (Throw-ins 5.30pm and 7.30pm). Ballintubber won this title for the fifth time last season when they overcame Ballaghaderreen in the final and their group stage victories over Belmullet and Garrymore suggested they would be a force once again, while Knockmore also impressed in the early stages of the competition. Extra Time and penalties may apply.

Stacks v Crokes will be recorded here for sure.

Always remember to record the show afterwards as well on TG4 when doing this.
The settings don't seem to allow for recordings to automatically extend to include Extra Time.
thanks for the reminder , I have been caught several times.
im on sky does recording extend for other Channels or platforms?

RTÉ2 has automatically extended in the past though wouldn't take a chance on it if going out and leaving it to run when it comes to matches that finish on the day. However for County matches RTÉ has loads of post match talk after the game which would cover the time for Extra Time anyway. Remember reading advice on the Premier Sports channel to record the next programme for all live sport that they show so it may be Channel related rather than who is providing the service. On Friday night Austin Stacks and Doctor Crokes finished exactly at Half Time in Extra Time on the original recording. The rest of the game was in 4 minutes or so of An Aimsir and then finished in what would have been the start of the Friday night Western.

Why the five minute change for throw in for the Pearses v Clann game?
Is the ref going to finally blow his whistle?... No, he's going to blow his nose

Kilkenny game rules state - Finish on the day.
Most likely an extra five minutes from the original starting time in Roscommon to make sure the Kilkenny game has finished so the Roscommon match can go ahead live at the time set by TG4.
