Apologies if already posted elsewhere but couldn't find any discussion on it but i seen an article posted on the reasoning behind the yellow Sliother https://www.rte.ie/brainstorm/2020/0120/1108552-the-story-behind-hurlings-new-yellow-sliothar/?utm_source=dlvr.it&utm_medium=facebook

when are these due to come in and i take it its for club and county? are the prices staying the same, or with the technology involved mean the price goes up? dunno, but personally i dont want to see us move away from the white ball, possible for floodlit games at a push but not all the time

I think it's a good move.  Most of the time when watching a game on tv you can't  see the ball in flight and you end up looking st the umpires or waiting for crowd reaction.  If a yellow ball improves this then why not do it.  Just because the white ball has been used for over 100 years doesn't matter, it's not a controversial rule change it's a move to improve the spectators enjoyment .  I like it.
I used to be indecisive but now I'm not too sure.
