They said it will launch its GAA Championship coverage on Thursday. 18 games with Cork v Kerry Munster football game on November 8th the only match mentioned so far.

Weather looking manky for the weekend, could be a few games called off? I guess with no supporters involved, it should be easy enough to change location late in the day

Little or no spread of the virus is known from playing games outdoors. Playing matches indoors right now wouldn't be too clever.

Not a huge problem, I suspect, the dome type environments could be kept well ventilated, especially in the absence of spectators.

Not a huge problem, I suspect, the dome type environments could be kept well ventilated, especially in the absence of spectators.

It's still indoors and isn't worth the risk in these times. 30 plus players and management shouting instructions is for outdoors,  playing indoors players become more close than casual contact. There is a reason why the GAA are encouraging teams to travel in cars separately than in groups on a bus.
