Thats classic, i wonder how much ratepayers money has been wasted? If the UK part of it was an issue surely they could have flagged it up from the beginning and not wasted peoples time/effort/money.

Apart from the fact that it obviously is in the UK and SF (as well as all the other parties, north and south) have recognised this through the GFA, it's a competition for the UK City of Culture - the clue's in the name!
