The Jinx documentary series HBO did on Robert Durst was incredible too.

I just caught up with s2 ep2 of True Detective and it has taken a deep breath, slowed down and allowed the different angles (all dark) to reveal themselves a bit more. Our Colin managed to lift himself out of a method straightjacket and do some acting. I think I'm in for the long haul.

SPOILER ALERT

TD doesn't need a hook it should have trusted in the storyline. It's not the hook that matters, it's the story.
in this story, empathy is required in order to care what happens.
Fwiw, Colin did open up a bit to reveal something warm and sensitive underneath the social estrangement and the emotional complexity, Empathetic souls would care about what happens next, is there salvation for Colin? Is he not already beyond the pale of salvation? but he's not the fundamentally rotten to the core character, is he?
Where does his deliverance lie and what path will he take to get there.
The other two characters in the investigation have not been revealed yet, not enough to care about them yet.

Finished s3 of The Americans...good show. Yer one has some chasis.

Enjoy Suits, however the opening episode of the new season was poor.

I was very late to Suits but it's an enjoyable wee show. Only a couple of seasons in on netflix though. The missus is stockpiling TV shows for later in the year!

none at all, same with my Mrs, she called it for the first episode as well,last night finished very strange didn't it
