If The Fall is slow then The Missing and Walking Dead are just as bad.

There's been some good episodes in Season 5 I think. The one on Sunday was a bit slow and boring alright.
Mid Season finale next week hopefully will be good.

Downloaded Italian Mafioso drama Gomorrah & watched 12 episodes over 2/3 days. Superb stuff, withdrawal symptoms already. Hankering for Series 2.

Have you watched Romanzo Criminale? (a gang in the 70s/80s in Rome). I thought it was very good.

Both shows were excellent, thought Gomorrah shaded it. Ciro was some baby.

You need to see series one first, don't know where you'll get it from though.

I come here for ideas on what to watch while I'm waiting for the next Spiral series.

Has anyone watched Braquo?

Peaky Blinders is pretty good without being outstanding.

The last episode of Peaky Blinders is as good a piece of tv as you are likely to see.

Pro- Treaty IRA
Anti- Treaty IRA
UVF
Field marshalls
Epsom derby
Assassination
Murder
Marriage
Pregnancy
Double cross
Winston Churchill
Shallow grave
Illegal gambling
Guns
Jews
Italians
Irish
Gypsies
Best of all: Small Heath Rifles

It dun arf pack it in, dun it?

Cillian Murphy and Tom Hardy are brilliant in it.

I don't know Ziggy, Spiral 5 is supposed be already filmed and EP 1 premiered on French tv  in mid October, though I can't find any confirmation of that.
If it is so (according to schedule) then BBC4 will have it around feb 2015.

On 'Missing', I thought there was only 4 episodes in all,  I was going to watch the last half of episode 4 again to see what I missed, I had dozed off a few times.
It needs a good second half.

I watched ep1 last night and it was very good. It's hard not to compare the storyline/genre to Vic and the The Shield.
But on first impression, the Paris wild bunch tick all the boxes.
