They will if they played like they did tonight. The Moy had very little outside of Colm Cavanagh.

But they won't play like they did tonight. If they play 3 more playoff games Conroy won't miss a free for starters.

Michael Conroy and Ryan Coleman play Basketball or what? Moy should come out of the play offs and it would be a tight game between them and Coalisland.

That's why I said HAD not HAVE. As in last night they HAD very little. Pomeroy snuffed out Coleman and Conroy was very poor. Pomeroy were happy to foul around the 45 because they knew Moy hadn't the wit to work it in and kept trying to hit ridiculous outside of the boot frees from the 45 in what was atrocious conditions.

Errigal haven't turned up and it's hard to see how they turn this around the way Trillick are setup again. The Canavan's are only getting possession around the 45 which is where Trillick want them.

Big last 5 minutes from Trillick though that Garrirty point didn't look over from the TV angle. Errigal have it all to do now. Canavans have been well marshalled.

Ballygawley discipline out the window at the end.  Could have injured men with some of those tackles

All the keyboard pundits (myself included) can't call it. A gutsy performance from Trillick.

Quote from: rrhf on October 20, 2023, 10:36:04 AMthere does seem to be a great deal of excitement about Errigal's potential for breaking new ground in the all ireland club.

Quote from: smort on October 19, 2023, 03:55:12 PMThey are probably a defender or two short of being the best team in Ireland. A contender though, yes. Probably rank them somewhere between 5th and 10th

Quote from: Eire90 on October 19, 2023, 03:50:10 PMare errigal legitimate  all ireland contenders

New to all this. Just wondering how does tonight's defeat impact upon Errigal's All-Ireland campaign?

Trillick worthy winners. Seanie O'Donnell was excellent.

Teamtalk are easily pleased anyway calling it one of the best finals they've seen.

You boys would know all about that after the treatment given to Bradley in a final a few years ago.
