I hear augher are putting in a serious shift in pre-season with this new manager. Possible contenders for a title this year?
If Cassidy is back on board they could certainly be contenders.

what way are the u20s going ATM? Be heavily fancied tomorrow?

1. Lorcan Quinn
2. Cormac Quinn
3. Cormac Munroe
4. Ryan Jones
5. Michael Gallagher
6. Antoin Fox
7. James McCann
8. Kevin Barker
9. Joe Oguz
10. Liam Gray
11. Darragh Canavan
12. Neil Kilpatrick
13. Ethan Jordan
14. Mattie Murnaghan
15. Tiarnan Quinn

7 or 8 from last year there on my count - expected to beat Armagh (4/7 with bookies) but still bad forecast for tomorrow and Armagh will be ready for a crack at them. Don't think they took that league too seriously - got beat by Louth during it.
What is the story with Michael Conroy? injured?

Would be nice to see Cathal McShane and Frank Burns (in Matties role until his return anyway) inside as vocal points of the attack with McCurry and Bradley playing off them. It would be very adventurous and would represent a big shift from the usual cautious approach of Harte.
But the teams that have been successful in recent times, but at club and county level, are playing flowing attacking football. So if Tyrone want to push for that success that they are after, they need to follow suit and be more adventurous.

some boost to Owen Roes with this news, surely serious contenders for D2 again now?
Likely promotion play off candiates again and potential runners up to Edendork as well.
No big stand out teams in Intermediate next year other than Edendork, the teams who could finish in that top 8 to go to 1B will be a real lottery.

So will there be 12 teams in division one will that be 11 games a season.

Home and away so 22 games a season. From 2021.
11 Starred games worth 2 points and 11 non starred games worth 4 points.

Reserve format to stay the same, but intention to continue running games in the summer even during breaks in Senior games.
Youth proposal passed. Aiming to condense season down.
Senior format to change to 4 divisions in 2021.

In all honesty, what is the chances of Stevie Ferguson and Mchugh taking moortown to senior football. In tattyreagh he had James Darcy, Eoghan Murray and the Harkins, in moortown he has a pile of overrated youth players

Is it not true a "pile of overrated youth players" are no longer involved in football around Moortown??
Butch Kelly still plays for Moortown, not sure of anyone who no longer play with Moortown.

With the McLernons fit and Mark Devlin off the U17s last year Moortown could well push promotion very close this year. These players added alongside Peter Devlin and the likes they have a very good team.
Other than Edendork no other teams in Intermediate would worry them.

Can't wait to see the Rock relegated from D2 as usual this year. Hateful shower of bastards and them shite
Don't think Rock will be in the relegation picture this year. Conor McCreesh back is some boost to them. A forward line with McCreesh, McGarrity and Liam Nugent is plenty of fire power and add in Murphy in the middle of the field, they've enough to comfortably stay up.

St Mary's beat after Extra time today by UCD. That leaves Rafferty and Kilpatrick free and available for Saturday night. Hopefully see the two of them get plenty of game time during the league, could have a big impact this year.
