After all of that Liverpool are safe in the knowledge that even a 2-0 defeat in the 2nd leg will send them through. I for one would expect Liverpool to win the 2nd leg in the Stadio Olimpico next week.

Jaysus they are never boring. You could see at 5-0 Roma were going to score. Everytime they had the ball about 7 lads tore forward. Liverpool should have scored 7 or 8.

Hopefully 1 or 2 away goals next week and the tie will be over. I certainly wouldn't expect a 0-0

3-0 goal lead after the 1st leg again it's a tie as good as over already and this Liverpool side that are full of goals are highly unlikely to do a Barcelona in the 2nd leg. I think even those Liverpool players now know this is their Champions league title to lose.

The ref gave a very similar one at the other end at the beginning of the half against Roma. Not a peep from Kilbane.

Kevin Kilbane and many others in the same role would do well to remember the job of the colour commentator isn't to cheerlead for whatever British team is playing.

Did you have a wee look at the rules there before you lifted the shovel??  . Severely doubt the ref would have given it if the scoreline was a lot closer

Was watching it on my phone, it was in Spanish so unless Rio has learned a new language I'm going to say no, but thanks for asking
