A draw is not enough, he needs the win, why would you not go all out?

Few injuries and resting some others. Klopp will be expecting a win for his side with the named team, he knows they are playing a Southampton side with 1 win in their last 6 games. Even Chelsea beat Southampton 6-0 recently.

Arsenal doing an Arsenal tonight. 2-0 down at half time and stupid sending off.

Tottenham have Burnley (H) Norwich (A) to play.  Arsenal with the tougher fixtures Newcastle (A) and Everton (H)

Arsenal should be winning both of those comfortably, making the Spurs' games irrelevant.

Arsenal beaten by Newcastle tonight and scored the opening goal for them. Tottenham will finish 4th now and can thankfully it was Arsenal they were chasing.

I think Derry are a one trick pony. Donegal will mirror them and it'll come down to who has the better players and that's Donegal.

If any Donegal player/mentor wants to take one for the team and meet Gallagher with a shoulder during one of his sideline fits, he'll be hailed as a hero.

Which is?

Madrids b team doing well …

It’s a strange one for Liverpool, that result sets them up for a possible 92 points. City have to win against Villa and they’ll set up to disrupt city’s game..

Liverpool have to chase the league first before thinking about Madrid, players going full on before that final will stretch that squad..

There are some players that can’t be risked. Pure headache stuff..

Villa don’t set up to disrupt anyones game. That’s their biggest problem. Extremely watery through the centre. City will be let play their own game.

Agreed. Villa seem to be able to put together a good 45 mins in the games against the top 6 but never a full performance. I'd be surprised if this wasnt a comfortable win at home for City.
Didn't they put in a 90 minute performance against a full strength Liverpool recently. Could easily have drawn didn't take some good goalscoring opportunities. Next Sunday they'll be up against a Manchester City side with a makeshift defence.

Down are a county with a great history and tradition. They love their football up there. Cavan will need to perform to a high level to beat them.

Is that you Marty Morrissey?

Brolly had an article today totally criticising the RTE coverage. Was behind a paywall but he tweeted the jist. Must say I totally agree although people will just say he has a grudge against RTE and the head of sport. I believe he's also suing RTE but his point is accurate regardless of that.
Because he has and by the way have come across better after match analysis in the local bar than what came out of Brollys mouth on RT….

Jesus lads but derry are hard to watch.  Just when I thought we were getting away from the defensive stuff.  Donegal are fairly defensive too.  Not looking forward to the final

You might have a point if Derry won their last two games 0-10 to 0-9.

To be fair the opposition played into their hands.

Their defence won the game for them. Forced Monaghan into kicking a significant amount of wides

Derry defended better against Tyrone. Today 0-17 conceded and  Monaghan had another 13 scoring opportunities, granted Derry with their intensity and hard tackling played their part in how wasteful Monaghan was however Derry will have to improve defensively if they are to beat Donegal in the final.

What won it for Derry most today was getting three goals and could have scored a few more. The way Monaghan was caught out on all of them was more like a minor team than established division 1 and that's on Banty with Gallagher out smarting him.

I'd be worried if i was from Donegal. That Derry team are very focused and determined. Men on a mission.

We probably should have beaten Donegal last year but for a small lack of belief which shouldnít happen this time.

Donegal have improved though
and itís a final so who knows but Iím just so happy weíre back challenging again itís given the whole county a lift!
That's debatable. For long stages there was nothing between themselves and Cavan and won with two goals that a well organised Derry defence will hardly concede.

In Leinster last year Dublin showed they would be taken out in the All-Ireland series. Two games thus far they are showing signs that they have found their mojo again.

3rd Derry goal has arrived. That should be it.

13
Should have been a 3rd Derry goal. Monaghan defending is as bad as I've seen from them.

14
Monaghan shiteing the bed?

Always a possibility when managed by Banty. They have been terrible in defence and  31 minutes to score from play.

That Mahrez penalty miss could prove as costly as Jorginho penalty miss for Italy?
