Thinking of a cruise for a big Wedding Anniversary in 26, hear ones raving about them but not totally convinced, between a touch of claustrophobia in myself and herself thinking every form of transport will crash or sink, could be a big waste of money?

Finally started watching Yellowstone. My word, it's complete and utter trash. The characters, the script, the dialogue. Awful. It's Sons of Anarchy (which at least started out quite well) on horses. And to think Taylor Sheridan wrote Sicario. Good grief.

Top notch production and scenery though

I found it a bit silly and never finished the first season. Will maybe go back to it at some stage.

If you're into recovery- get a light jog, lake/sea dip, plenty of rest/sleep and lots of high protein food into you. The latter 2 being most important.

We don't want that sort of sensible talk in here! Just discussion on expensive gadgets to waste money on. Best turbo trainers? Some big money ones out there. 

I burned through a few HRMs over the years, have had Garmins, Wahoo ticker and Polar, Polar is the best I've had. Wahoo ticker the worst.

Currently using a garmin watch so thought the garmin strap would be best. Half tempted for a new watch if I saw a good deal in the sales.

Don't really find them that beneficial to be honest. Some people like them ok.

Any good deals on a garmin heart rate straps??

Very disappointed in Cargin today. They looked a mile off EC and well behind in terms of power and fitness. Worrying for our club scene that we are that far behind!

The 2nd Joker... well, what to say. It's certainly different. Lots of musical scenes and at times I thought it was very cleverly done. By the end though, it was over played for me.

I'll not spoil it. But I didn't like the ending and felt that it was taken in the wrong direction.

I can see loads of people hating it. Probably a 5/10.

Pure shite

Caught the last 10k of the Lombardi's today. Just the 48km solo attack from Pogacar this week to destroy Evnepoel by over 3 mins. Looked like he could have done it all over again when he crossed they line.

Am convinced he'd have won both Olympic races and the Vuelta if he'd gone for them. Utterly unstoppable.
