I am raging the way the GAA is treating the ordinary supporter with regards to tickets.
Went online last night to get tickets for the family 2 adults and 4 children U16.
I would have to pay full price if I wanted everyone sitting together which comes to £150 or else the children would have to go and sit in the opposite side of the ground on their own.

Why are Croke park doing this, there can be no other reason other than greed. They talk about the important of family vales but we cant even sit together at a match.
Because of this we are not going now and will stay at home.

Looks like it could be a nasty one this, parts of the country under a red warning.
Will be unusual with the winds coming from N/NW which could see quite a few trees brought down as they usually grow to brace themselves from a S/SW wind.

The school rang my wife yesterday about our 12 yr old son who was saying he didnt feel well and said his chest was sore. Teacher said his heart rate was pretty fast. He hadn't been running about or anything. Long story short he was lifted from school and the wife thought she would call into the GP Surgery in our small town. She said the car park to the surgery was empty (this was around 2pm) and when she went to the reception she could see they waiting room was empty and they told her that there were no free appointments available and to ring this number.

She rang the number and explained what was going on and was told to be at Craigavon for 6pm.
Went up and got a ECG done which showed nothing out of the ordinary and said that it might be best to get a chest xray and sent her over to the A&E department.
My wife said it was crazy, the place was packed with only standing room and she just came home as she would probably be still waiting.

Before COVID you could ring the GP surgery and get an appointment the same day, Why are GP's not back to seeing patients, is everything just been sent to the A&E departments. What are they actually doing?

We are not ones who run every time to the doctors if one of us has have a sniffle and the last time I was we were at a hospital was when our last was born which was 8 years ago.

Surly this can go on like this as staff at the hospitals couldnt work under them conditions.

Have give this excuse of a local radio station 6 months of listening in the mornings and evenings going to and from work. Have to say it definitely has an agenda on serving one side of the community with the line of questioning to the politicians. Had to switch it over this morning as i had enough, dont know the lads name doing the questioning this morning but he kept putting the line to a woman who was on talking about the release of monies for inquiries that stormont needs to be up and running for the release of these monies.
His questioning of Conor Murphy from SF and the SDLP for that matter, compared to the right Honorable p***k Jeff Donaldson was a clear indication of who they are promoting.

What is the craic with this flu is it just media scaremongering or is it a real treat to healthy people

So under the hills of Greencastle Co. Tyrone is the worlds largest untapped resource of gold which the British crown is going to make a lot of money from. They south can only stand by and watch their good neighbours make a killing on the natural resources up here. The north might not be that big of a basket case after all.

Will we see cost cutting by the GAA up here in the north
Will Casement ever get built
Are we going back to queues at the border
If unemployment rises then no doubt we will be loosing more young people who decide not to stay.

Christ lads thats a sad event that has taken place in Co Cavan. Its hard to believe that your that far gone and see the only option is to kill yourself and your family.

Just wondering if anyone is seeing more of our foreign friends taking up Gaelic games. I know in our own club there are none and we would have a good number living in the area.

I do believe it is the banks that run a country because as you know "he who controls the money controls the country"

What is the story with these things and the law, they are only going to get more popular and affordable in the next year or two and the fact they carry go pro's etc for filming should they not be banned or operated under a licence.
