Hardy

I don't understand. What happened there? Why was he leaving the field after hitting what everybody thought was a four?

Looks like Engerland are going 2-0 up.

Anyone see the incident where the english batter was run out, but, in the great british spirit of fair play the indians let him back in? Bizarre!

Watched it last night and the English fans behaved like scumbags. It wasn't very clear if the umpire called time for their tea break or not, but I can only assume he didn't as he was given out and rightly so.

gross oversimplification of the incident in fairness and with regards to the fans, they did what fans all over the world would do and overreacted

He never took his runs so was correctly dismissed. Fact.

I wouldn't disagree with you that he was correctly run out but fairly central to the whole saga would be the fact that he thought it was a 4 and at that point he couldn't be run out .

100 for Morgan...

India have been pretty pathetic mind

magpie seanie

Morgan bringing England back into it against his old mates at the moment.

Boycey

Was looking at him earlier. It has to be pretty strange emotions for an Irishman to captain England against your own country...

How did the Cricket end?
Time to take a more chill-pill approach to life.

England won by 11 runs I think.

Denn Forever

They won.  Ireland needed 128 runs from 23 overs by the Duckworth Lewis method.

Damn rain.

I can't imagine today was the easiest for Morgan.
We await the return of the prodigal sun.

Seriously, how many times have England played India recently, no matter what the type of game. I actually have not stopped seeing England v India on BBC Sport the past couple of months.
I intend to live forever. So far, so good.
