What is the general consensus in here on a second tier competition? I see 60% of GAP survey are in favour (would like to see the county breakdown of that). It looks like it will be on the table for congress.
Elephant in the room is the provincials. Personally they aren't fit for purpose which is a killer given the joy it brought to us in 03. Roscommon to win 1 game and get to the last 12 as opposed to Ulster team winning 3 games to get to the same place is madness.
Personally I would like to see 8 groups of 4 based on league standings.
