WTF! How does it make sense to take Armagh and Roscommon to a double header in Portlaoise? Both counties travelling south with Armagh supporters travelling a good bit further than Roscommon.  These people are idiots.  What is their obsession with double headers.  I don't need to spend an extre £5 to see Cork and Tyrone unless Cork win in which case its great value

Games played in Leinster which is as netural venue as you can get.

It's a good draw as Roscommon are a decent side and if we were to win it certainly will give us a bit of preparation of whats to come from the big hitters, if we lose and most people will say we will then we'll know that we'd be safer away from the Super 8's as we'd have got 3 hammerings. I'd just love it, really love it if we were to win and see Mr McStay's miserable boat race

Very good scoring by Armagh in the last 3 games 3-16,1-19,2-16 so they rossies will need to defend well to win this game.

Armagh didn’t peak in the league and I don’t think they have peaked still in which is the problem with this team for too long they blow hot and cold. They have given a glimpse of what they are capable of in the last 8 minutes in the game yesterday. Armagh are looking at a potential 2nd QF in two years and their third in 4 years with many of these coming off the back of third division.

I don't believe they did. Lost to Down,drew with Meath beat Tipp,Cavan,Cork with late rallys. They peaked in 2016 for the league when they beat Kerry and Donegal away and had nothing left after the two Connacht finals.

So the big 3 are now Dublin, Kerry and Galway.
Maybe we should just let them play a Super 3!.
It would avoid some awful takings which we'll get with 8.

Just to let Rosfan know Armagh,Fermanagh are as good as any team in Division two this year so if Armagh,Fermanagh are awful then so to was all of the Division two teams this year.

Only two Div 2 teams left now. Few of those knocked out covered themselves in glory either. Louth hammered by Leitrim. Cavan left to wonder when their U21 success will be seen at senior championship level. Cork were hopeless in the Munster final, Tipp no fitness to last past 50 mins. Meath knocked out of Leinster championship by a Div 3 team at least they went down fighting on and off the field v Tyrone and Clare beaten by Armagh yesterday but shouldn't forget Armagh reached the last eight last year by beating Kildare something Mayo couldn't do yesterday.

Div 2 is really Roscommon the winners of that division who are left to fly the flag on their own as i don't trust Cork to beat any side in round 4. What level are they though? were competitive against one of the form teams in Div 1 in the provincial final and didn't lose it until injury time has the 4 week break been a help of hindrance and drawing Tyrone for example will be just as tough to beat as Galway was.

Some start to this game 2 goals in the first 3 minutes.

DOC was outstanding for Mayo yesterday i was one of those that had my doubts based on underage level that DOC wouldn't cut it in midfield at senior level. No doubts anymore after that performance yesterday and the Mayo midfield next year should be built around DOC.

The russians aren't the most likeable but its always great to see the hosts doing well when totally written off. Spain were on borrowed time once they foolishly got rid of their manager before the World cup.

Draw a fair result. Well done to both sides. Where will the replay be played? as Croke park isn't an option next weekend.

Congrats Kildare found their 2nd wind when they looked gassed after 20 minutes. They were the best team on the day no doubt.

Good game and would have been an even better second half if Mayo had a kick in them for the last ten minutes but they had nothing really which is very surprising. The Parsons and S O Shea injuries was a big hit for Mayo although I think and D O Connor and A O Shea played really well filling in.  C O Connor seemed to disappear from play today? I know Kildare are fit but the Mayo legs were shot last 10 minutes and lack of game changers on the bench didn't help either. 

Cian O Neill gets a lot of criticism but this week for first getting that game in Newbridge and then pulling off the win will now have hero status.  Kildare nearly should have won pulling up in the end.  Mayo players looked shell shocked by the intensity of some Kildare players. Only one Mayo point (Andy Moran Free) in the last 10 minutes I was disappointed with that Mayo capitulation at the end so unusual for this group of players maybe just maybe it is an end of era and the mileage on the clock has caught up with them against a younger and fresher team.

Soft frees for Mayo a big help but Kildare look out of gas since the 20th minute.
