Anyone for the Port this week?? Changeable weather as per usual but should make it a decent challenge for the pros.

I'm heading on Friday looking forward to it. McIlroy looks to be in decent shape after the weekend he should give it a rattle.

What's up with the Scottish Open? McIlroy/Scheffler/MacIntyre all unhappy with the state of the course!

Didn't hear what McIlroy or Scheffler said. I think they played one hole on Thursday afternoon into the wind (30 MPH Gusts). It was a 625 yard par 5 playing 700 give or take. Needed around 240 to make the fairway off the tee and many of them simply couldn't get there (to the fairway, not the green). They used the very back tee marker and had the pin at the back of the green. Kind of silly to set it up that way with the wind they were expecting.

I was there today, and was talking to a man with a hawk and who uses it to keep the seagulls away. That's exactly what is needed for Croke Park.
