Mick Fennelly gone.

A colossus in the middle. Won't be easy finding another specimen like that.

Say the Dubs win in 2018.
4 in a rows in the 2 sports within a period of 15 years is not a great sign of underlying health.

A sign of 2 simply outstanding teams who know how to win surely ?. Mayo could have been double champions but for ............. whatever, luck, bad luck etc but that's a different day's work. Tipperary could have won more when KK were at the top but again KK knew how to win.

What a class act. Injury robbed us all of more special moments. We can still savour the moments he performed his magic.

Enjoy the retirement.

Your foot and hip have been fecked, like hell are you 100% Lee. Hip injuries are just something you manage, you never get back the same again even in the best case scenario.

The MS stuff is disgusting, though.

Pat Carton in Whitfeld making a fair living out of claiming to get lads back 100% from hio surgery

Some solicitor will make a fortune in future taking a case for these injuries caused by excessive gaa related training.

€120

Started off at €75 a few years ago. Inflation is on the rise.

It's going to be impossible to replace Sean Cavanagh. One of the greatest players ever.

Enjoy the retirement away from the pitch. You leave owing Tyrone nothing.

Respect to Ciaran for that statement. Dignified and respectful way to exit although losing to Tyrone in his last game was tough.

Ciaran played it on the edge and beyond at times. He leaves owing Armagh nothing.

Serious hurler with a serious presence as a 6.

RIP

No disrespect to Cork or Waterford but I'd love to see Galway go out and finish the job and honour Tony and all th great Galway men waiting from 88 for another.

Well done Armagh.

Great to see them turn over Kildare in a proper old fashioned contest. One of the best games of the championship so far. Yes there were mistakes a plenty on both sides but Armagh I felt deserved the win for bravery and everything else.
