Early days, but it will be great to see this version of Kerry, their youth, their pace, movement, work rate etc go up against the Dubs.

We will see it in a few weeks.

Nuetral venue?  ;D

Well, it should be. But it won't of course.
All Ireland finals should be held outside Croke Park?
Great suggestion. The Aviva maybe?

Who mentioned the All-Ireland Final?
Well, when do you think Dublin will play Kerry?

I was under the impression that the Leinster winners play the Munster winners in the group stage. Apologies if I'm wrong on that. And yes, I know Dublin haven't beaten Laois yet.

Just checked. Leinster play Ulster. I'll get my coat.

Leinster and ulster winners together in Super 8.

No mention of neutral venues in Super 8 rules.

Provincial champions play each other in Croke Park. Qualifiers play each other in Croke Park.

Other games played on home and away basis.

If Cork had beaten Kerry today, like looked possible for 7 minutes, then Dublin would likely have had to travel to Killarney in Super 8.

If Mayo win next qualifier then draw and beat Cork in R4, Dublin will travel to Castlebar. Assuming Dubs beat Laois.

Kerry building a team that will maybe put it up to dublin. Might be a bit soon yet though but definitely look to be heading towards serious contenders.

From the Bunker

Kerry/Dublin the top two again. It will be like the magical 70's all over again. They were such magical times for the other 30 counties looking from afar. Remember them well Heffos army. Miko Kerry machine. Books, DVD's, Movies, Newspaper articles will be booming about this great rivalry again. It will be great!

Zulu

Kerry definitely the real deal. Super 8's could be brilliant.

Could be. A lot will depend on the draw on Monday.

True but with Monaghan, Mayo, Tyrone, Roscommon still alive and the possibility of four very good provincial champions there's cause for optimism. If Monaghan, Mayo, Tyrone and Roscommon come through the qualifiers then only Dublin would be sure of a semi final spot IMO. Mind you I think Kerry would make it too but wouldn't be guaranteed.

Kerry will probably rack up another easy win in that one too.
Inaugural Football Championship Prediction Winner.

You'd wonder what happened to those Cork U21 teams that had the measure of Kerry

There was no real natural forward on the cork team, nor decent midfielder

yellowcard

Kerry look like All Ireland champions in waiting this year, outstanding group of players they have now.

Appointing manager after manager who's not up to the job doesn't help and neither does the lack of a level playing field with their hurlers.

They've won 10 out of the previous 14 u21 titles in the province so it can't be a lack of talent, their is something seriously wrong.
